Tehran, Aug 24, IRNA - Foreign Minister and Lecturer of Faculty of International Studies affiliated to Tehran University Mohammad Javad Zarif said that in the Persian Gulf region almost every state, except Iran, and nowadays Iraq is suffering from the democratic deficit and deficiency.
