Claire Sweeney’s stunning home features a gorgeous all grey bedroom, huge garden and stylish kitchen
LOOSE Women’s Claire Sweeney has given fans an insight into the gorgeous home she shares with her six-year-old son Jaxon.
The 49-year-old, who is most well-known for playing Lindsey Corkhill in the Channel 4 soap Brookside, regularly shares snaps with her 42k followers on Instagram to show what her life is really like behind closed doors.
The Benidorm actress, who recently starred as Hayley Cox in BBC sitcom Scarborough, has created the cosiest pad for Jaxon to grow up in.
One of the rooms boasts funky snakeskin wall paper, classic wooden flooring and some mirrored shelves that are filled to the brim with a selection of books and family photos.
It also features a stunning mirrored coffee table with luxury candles arranged on top of it.
The kitchen boasts white tiled walls, matching cupboards and black marble work tops.
Moving upstairs, the master bedroom looks like something out of an interior design magazine.
It follows a monochrome colour scheme and boasts dark grey wardrobes and a sparkling chandelier.
The bed is simply stunning and has the most gorgeous vintage style head board.
Claire has made sure that she has used up all the space in the room and has hidden a huge flat screen TV in her wardrobe that can not be seen when the doors are closed shut.
It also has classic wooden flooring, a white fluffy rug and a number of full-length mirrors too.
But Jaxon also has the coolest space to hang out in with his navy blue bedroom which has all the toys in it that a six-year-old would want.
The two also have a terrace where they can sit back and relax on their wicker chairs and snack on tasty treats together.
The scouser first hit our screens in 1989 when she she landed the part of Lindsay Corkhill in C4’s Brookside.
10 years on, Claire left the show to work as a singer on P&O cruise for four years, before returning to the soap until it got axed in 2003.
She went on to present ITV’s Loose Women from 2003 until 2005 and during that time also placed fifth in BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing in 2004.

Claire has a passion for performing on stage and has appeared in various pantomimes, including Snow White and Aladdin, throughout her career.
The mum-of-one dated businessman Tony Hibbard from 2001 to 2007, before meeting her ex partner Daniel Reilly.
Daniel and Claire got engaged in 2013 and they welcomed their first son into the world in September 2014.
Just one month after giving birth, Claire explained to fans that they had gone their separate ways.
The pair reconciled before finally calling time on their relationship in July 2015.
Over the past year, Claire and Jaxon have been isolating together in their home due to the coronavirus lockdown.
But the pair were seriously ill before the UK government imposed any restrictions on all of us.
Back in May the TV star told the Loose Women panel that she was rushed to hospital with “horrendous” coronavirus symptoms back in December.
She admitted that her and Jaxon were both “very, very ill” from what she believes was the deadly disease.
