Tehran, August 26, IRNA - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stressed the significant responsibility of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) towards the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and called on its Director General to explain the need for maintaining the document to the world in technical terms.
