According to sources, some of the "top cricket physios", who were feeling "stagnant" having worked for many years in cricket, had also applied. The applicants include those formerly or currently associated with the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association, Kerala Cricket Association and Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association, to name a few.
