MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The United States' latest round of restrictions on Russian research institutes on the grounds that they develop chemical and biological weapons are nonsensical, running on the US' addiction to sanctions and unfair competition, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
