Artificial pancreas maintained blood sugar levels in children with type 1 diabetes, study says

An artificial pancreas system that can automatically monitor and regulate blood glucose levels in Type 1 diabetic children as young as six was found to be safe and effective, according to a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
