Residents and workers in downtown Minneapolis grappled with shattered peace Thursday after the suicide of a homicide suspect on Nicollet Mall ignited rioting. By the time calm was restored, dozens had been arrested. Police identified the suspect and victim, and a curfew will take effect at 8 p.m.
