High-ranking Chicago Public Schools official charged with lying to FBI in contract probe

A top aide to Chicago Public Schools CEO Janice Jackson been charged with lying to the FBI about whether he passed secret bid information about a massive $1 billion custodial contract to a lobbyist working for one of the bidders.
