Michael Wacha Starting Tonight

Mets general manager Brodie Van Wagenen announced on WFAN that right-hander Michael Wacha will start tonight against the Marlins at Citi Field.

Wacha had been on the injured list since August 9 with right shoulder inflammation. The 29-year-old has a 6.43 ERA in his first three starts with the Mets after signing a one-year deal in the offseason.

Van Wagenen did not announce the corresponding roster move.
