A EUROPEAN electric scooter company has unveiled a high-tech alternative to public transport in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. Tier is bidding for several tenders in the UK as it hopes to bring its swappable batteries, a built-in helmet and indicator lights to cities across the country.
