A MECHANIC is selling his home — which comes complete with its own wooden skate park inside.
Rob Marsden built the ramps — including a 13ft vertical wall and three 4ft quarter pipes — so he could enjoy his hobby from home.

But after suffering an injury he has put the three-bed semi, a converted village hall, up for sale.
Rob said: “I’m 45, I have a broken back and I’m a middle-aged shredder.
“I never thought I would leave this place but I found a place out in the country that I have bought.
“I want to work from home and fix up the new place.

Despite having the huge stunt bowl Rob has managed to cram a designer kitchen, lounge, bathroom and three bedrooms into the 19th Century home.
Garage owner Rob wants £240,000 for the property, in Terrington St Clement, Norfolk.
