Haishen moves toward Korean peninsula after striking Japan

Typhoon Haishen hit the Ryukyu Islands off Japan's southwestern coast, bringing strong winds and heavy rain to the region and knocking out power to thousands of homes. CNN meteorologist Tom Sater has the latest forecast.
