Following reports of "missing locals" allegedly being abducted by the Chinese military from Arunachal Pradesh, the Indian Army on Sunday sent an emergency message to China’s People's Liberation Army to seek information about them, confirmed India’s Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Kiren Rijiju.
