GSB to acquire 70pc stake in Amzass to participate in PLUS highway project

KUALA LUMPUR: GFM Services Bhd (GSB) and its subsidiary companies has today entered into a heads of agreement (HoA) with the shareholders of Amzass (M) Sdn Bhd (ASB) to acquire 70 per cent stake in latter.
