Rylan Clark-Neal insists 20-year-old stepson Cameron ‘isn’t fazed’ by his glitzy showbiz career
RYLAN Clark-Neal has insisted that his 20-year-old stepson Cameron “isn’t fazed” by his glitzy showbiz career – and that he embraces being involved in the “dad side of things”.
In July, the 31-year-old star shocked fans when he posted a rare picture of Cameron to share his pride after the aspiring actor got into a prestigious drama school.

Now Rylan has insisted that the school, LAMDA, had no idea about Cameron’s famous links as he opened up about his relationship with his stepson.
He explained: “I don’t share my private life or post about stuff at home, but I am proud of him so I wanted to post.
“LAMDA had no idea I was his step-dad! It was nothing to do with me! Cameron got in entirely on his own merit. He worked so hard and it paid off.
“All I’m involved in is the dad side of things. Like: ‘Where are you going to live and how much is this going to cost me?'”

Rylan also shared that Cameron has no interest in his career, adding to the MailOnline: “Cameron takes the least interest in my career than anyone really.
“He is just not fazed. He meets famous people I know and he’s just like: ‘Hello!'”
Cameron is the son of Rylan’s 40-year-old husband, Dan Neal – a former police officer who competed on Big Brother back in 2013.
Rylan met his future husband through his job on sister programme Bit On The Side, and the pair tied the knot in November 2015.

The TV favourite previously shared a photo of himself and Cameron beaming with drinks in hand as they celebrated him getting into drama school.
Rylan captioned the snap at the time: “Cam has got into @LAMDAdrama and we couldn’t be prouder ”.
The LAMDA is otherwise known as the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, based in Hammersmith.
The star admitted to The Sun in the past that he had turned into a “proper dad”, with Cameron living with him and Dan.

He explained: “I’ve turned into a proper dad and I even tell him off.
“He’s got three parking tickets in the last week so I’ve been screaming at him down the phone.”
“I look at him like he’s my own. He can talk to me – I’m Dad, but he can talk to me about sex!
“I’ll say, ‘As long as you’re being safe!’ If that was Dan, he’d be like, ‘Stop it, Dad!’.”
