Illinois reports 1,381 new confirmed COVID-19, 8 deaths

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) - The Illinois Department of Public Health on Monday reported 1,381 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, resulting in eight confirmed deaths.
