How to tie in my Santa Claus bag in my raft?

Folks,

In my Maravia raft, for the stern storage area, I have a mesh Santa Claus Bag (Pacific River Bag) to put all my gear into. Multiple straps and O rings to tie it in to the raft.
For the bottom of the bag, do you think it would be OK to tie into rope that the floor is secured to with the tubes? Or is that not strong enough if I was to flip?
