More than 700 Hasidic Jews who are trying to reach the Ukrainian city of Uman to celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, remain stuck in neutral territory on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border, held up by measures banning foreigners from entering the country to help tackle the coronavirus.
