Israeli software company JFrog prices IPO at $44 a share, above proposed price range

Israeli software company JFrog Ltd. priced its initial public offering at $44, above its $39 to $41 price range. The company raised the proposed price range on Monday to $39 to $41 from a prior $33 to $37. The company offered 11.6 million shares to raise $510.4 million. The stock will start trading on Nasdaq later Wednesday under the ticker "FROG." There were nine banks underwriting the deal, led by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and BofA Securities. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. " We provide an end-to-end, hybrid, universal DevOps Platform to achieve Continuous Software Release Management, or CSRM," the company says in its prospectus.
