PETA moves EC against Lalu bid to use horses for stumping

Rashtriya Janata Dal president Lalu Prasad’s plan to use 1000 horse-carts to counter the use of 160 motorised raths by the BJP for electioneering in Bihar seems set to face a hurdle with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) putting a spanner in the works.
