Manager claims Spurs-linked striker has zero interest in leaving
Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl has claimed that Danny Ings will not be leaving St Mary’s during the current transfer window.
Tottenham Hotspur are rumoured to have made an enquiry over the availability of the 28-year-old but were rebuffed by the Saints (Guardian).
Ings enjoyed a prolific campaign in front of goal last season having scored 25 goals in 42 appearances in all competitions for the south coast outfit (transfermarkt).
Hasenhuttl was insistent that he sees the former Burnley man continuing his career at St Mary’s and revealed that Ings has zero interest in moving elsewhere.
Spurs are on the lookout to recruit another striker to help take the burden off Harry Kane’s shoulders before the transfer window closes...
