Are we maybe looking to go 4-3-3 at times, 4-5-1 out of possession???

Maybe we'll go that way in the games we are looking to dominate possession in, Rotherham this week being the prime example?

I know nothing about this guy but if he is as good as he appears then is there a better midfield 3 in the division than Sunjic, Clayton and San Jose?
