Montreal, two other Quebec regions to face stiffer restrictions under orange alert level

Montreal is moving up one level, to orange, in Quebec's COVID-19 alert system, the provincial health minister announced. Chaudiere-Appalaches and part of Quebec City are also now orange. A host of new restrictions is following.
