Opinion: Why Daniel Levy showing his ruthless side can only be positive for Spurs

It is fair to say that when things start going wrong at a club, all eyes turn to the man sitting in the chairman position and it is no different at Spurs.

Daniel Levy has without a doubt received his share of criticism over his tenure in the position and, to be totally honest, in some cases, it has been deserved.

However, during the past few years, fans have seen the ruthless nature of Levy and it will only boost the club to the next level.

With a rebuild under way in N17, now more than ever, Levy has been dividing opinions as to whether he is the best man to fulfil his position. Despite this, over the past three years, he has displayed a cut-throat nature and Spurs fans should be thankful for that.
