Restaurant owners sue W.Va. governor over bar closures

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - The owners of 12 restaurants and bars sued the governor of West Virginia on Wednesday for indefinitely closing establishments in student-heavy Monongalia County due to the coronavirus.
