easyJet launch holiday Protection Promise - with refunds processed in 12 days

EASYJET holidays has launched a new refund and cancellation guarantee to its customers, offering a new "benchmark for customer flexibility". Called the Protection Promise, the airline and holiday provider hopes it will help restore consumer confidence and encourage Britons to book future holidays.
