At the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva today, Ambassador Tahir Hussain Andrabi, Pakistan Deputy Permanent Representative, condemned India’s systemic use of arbitrary imprisonment in IIOJ&K, drawing attention to 13,000 Kashmiris arbitrarily imprisoned since August 2019, including 144 minors and civilians from all walks of life.
