Mid-American Conference reverses course and will play football this fall with a 6-game season beginning Nov. 4

Mid-American Conference leaders on Friday voted to reverse their August decision to kick football to spring and tee it up during its usual season, citing advancements in COVID-19 antigen testing. A six-game, conference-only schedule will begin Nov. 4, and the championship game will be played Dec. 18 or 19.
