India opens a communication channel with key non-Pashtun leader of Afghanistan

On Friday External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar held talks with former Afghan vice president and Delhi's old friend Marshal Abdul Rashid Dostum (Uzbek origin). Dostum is no stranger to India having engaged with Delhi in the past.
