Jurors to consider death penalty for movie theater gunman James Holmes
CENTENNIAL, Colo., Aug. 3 (UPI) -- The sentencing of James Holmes will move on to a third phase in which a jury must decide if he will get the death penalty for a shooting at a movie theater.
