Obama urges Africa's future leaders to reject 'foolish traditions,' 'make a real difference'

WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- President Barack Obama spoke at the Young African Leaders Initiative summit, where he encouraged potential future leaders to "make a real difference back home."
