‘Demand is through the roof’: Toronto drop-in centres struggle to keep up with requests for meals

A new study by the Toronto Drop-in Network shows that drop-in centres across the city have seen significant increases in demand for food during the pandemic, ranging from 35 per cent to 254 per cent.
