Geneva, Sept 29, IRNA -- Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva Esmaeil Baghaei Hamaneh said on Tuesday that it has long been proven that external interferences are inherently antithetical to, and damaging for, the promotion of each and every one of these rights.
