New embankment road near Shaheed Path for upcoming housing projects along Gomti

In a bid to protect the low lying areas of city’s new real estate hub, the state government will construct an embankment road along the Gomti river connecting Shaheed Path and the outer ring road in the city. While reviewing the ongoing work on the Gomti riverfront development project, chief minister Akhilesh Yadav announced the construction of the proposed embankment which will prove a boon to various government and private housing and commercial projects being planned in Gomtinagar Extension and beyond along Shaheed Path.
