Adjustable footbar?

I currently use an NRS footbar in my raft. My girlfriend likes to row as well. Myself being around 6'4 and her being around 5'5, we fit in the captains seat a little different. Along with upgrading to better fitting oars this winter, I was wondering if anyone as drilled holes in their foot bar, so as to be able to rotate up and be made more useable for a shorter person?
