Cong terms Pakistan refusal to invite J&K speaker as dramatics

Congress today said Pakistan's refusal to invite the Speaker of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly for the Commonwealth Parliamentary Union (CPU) conference in Islamabad was nothing but dramatics and an attempt to insult "Indian sovereignty".
