Riyaz got NGV flat out of turn using his clout

Suspended joint commissioner and public relations officer of Lokayukta, Syed Riyaz, used all his influence with the then Lokayukta in getting a flat in the National Games Village (NGV) in Koramangala, documents with STOI revealed.
