HTC told to pay Rs 20K for deficient services
Panchkula District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum has directed mobile-maker HTC Private Limited to refund the cost of a mobile purchased by a resident of Himachal Pradesh due to deficiency in service on part of the company.
