Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference: Pakistan rules out inviting J&K Assembly speaker

Pakistan has ruled out inviting Jammu and Kashmir Assembly speaker to the Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference here, saying it does not recognise and accept the J&K assembly as legitimate one.
