Players will be able to unlock the blacksmith after completing the "Road to the Ancient Lab" mission. The "Brawny Blacksmith" quest will be unlocked for players to complete near Hyrule Castle. The Blacksmith will allow players to carry over certain attributes from older weapons, fuse weapons, and sell weapons for rupees. - Weapon Seals: Weapons have seals with different shapes inside of them (circle, star, square, etc) that represent different weapon characteristics like Attack Speed and Charge rate. Fusing these weapons together will create a much more powerful weapon.
- Octo-Polish: After completing the "Rusty to Trusty" quest, players can unlock the ability to remove the rust from Rusty Weapons. These are typically more powerful than the ones players will find in the wild.
- High Resell: These weapons will go for tons of rupees when sold. Try to not focus on upgrading these but rather use them to earn more rupees.
- Focus on your Mains: Since resources are limited, try to invest your resources in characters you find yourself playing the most often.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity has been a pleasant surprise for Zelda fans.
