Portman said Biden should pick new nominee for budget director role

Ohio Sen. Rob Portman on Tuesday said he would likely allow a Senate hearing on President-elect Joe Biden’s pick to lead the White House budge office, but hopes Mr. Biden ends up choosing another nominee.
