Woodstock man killed in Antioch Township crash

The vehicle, police said, crossed the eastbound lanes and struck a guardrail on the south side of the road. The truck continued west before the trailer partially jackknifed, sheriff’s police said, and spilled its load of 25 tons of granular sludge.
