BEIJING (Sputnik) - The United States' allegation that a cotton producing facility in China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region uses forced labour is fabricated and is aimed at containing the Asian country's economic development, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying said on Thursday.
