Help With Raft Price - 2003 (?) Aire 143D

Hi all. I'm a long time lurker and have a raft pricing question. My friend is interested in a raft I have and I'm trying to figure out a price that would be fair. It's a 2003 (I think) Aire 143D. I bought it used a few years ago and it's in okay shape. It would come with an NRS Bighorn I frame that is also in okay shape, and some Carlisle oars that are in pretty bad shape.
