Three days after the ruling BJD expelled its Gopalpur MLA Pradeep Panigrahy from the party for his alleged links with suspended Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Abhay Kant Pathak and his son Akash, the state Crime Branch on Thursday arrested the legislator for allegedly conspiring with Akash and running a fake job recruitment drive in the name of Tata Motors.
