Tehran, Dec 9, IRNA -- Head of Iran's Anti-Narcotics Police Colonel Majid Karimi said that West's double standards vis-à-vis the issue of narcotics has caused problems in the region, which can be solved through more cooperation between regional states, especially Iran and China.
