Atlantis’ port aft cabin caught fire during the repairs caused by the lightning strike!
The Ugly…
During the replacement of the E-plex system, which was damaged by a lightning strike, the wiring in the aft cabin caught fire. This has now all been removed. The cabin has been completely gutted, but there is no structural damage. All wood can be replaced if the new owner so chooses with latches to match. Some options would be to place a murphy bed in this cabin or to simply keep it as a storage room, a work out room or even a master closet space.
The Conclusion…
This is a great opportunity to get a large, beamy catamaran with lots of working equipment at a great deal. Choose your electronics on your budget or use an iPad to run your boat instead.
