Arsenal priced at 66/1 to win the CHAMPIONSHIP next season after woeful run
ARSENAL have hit a new low as bookmakers have priced up the Gunners to win the Championship.
Arsenal have lost seven of their last ten games leaving them 15th in the Premier League and just five points off the relegation zone.
The Gunners slumped to a shock 1-0 home defeat to Burnley last time out following an own-goal from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
This has led to Mikel Arteta’s side losing their last four consecutive home games, which is their worst home form since 1959.
And with relegation becoming more of a potential reality as the season progresses, Ladbrokes have priced up Arsenal to win the Championship next season.
The bookmaker have priced up the Gunners at 66/1 to win England’s second division.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Arsenal fans clearly want their side to be challenging for league titles again, and sharpish.
“With that in mind it looks like the best bet might be on them going down and topping the Championship table next season.”

The Gunners were booed off the pitch by home fans following their defeat to Burnley.
And Arteta’s side are set for a tough festive period as they take on Southampton, Everton, Man City and Chelsea.
The recent dip in form for the Gunners has seen Mikel Arteta shifted to odds-on to be sacked before the end of the season.
