90 Day Journey: Trailer Shows 90 Day Fiance Couples’ Love Stories

0

90 Day Fiancé fans now have the chance to follow the journeys of their favorite TLC couples right from the beginning to the present day. A new spin-off, 90 Day Journey, is set to premiere on discovery+ on Monday, January 4. This new series will feature 30 popular couples, including Colt Johnson and Larissa Dos Santos Lima, Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tegfou.

Many fans know that the 90 Day Fiancé series began in 2014 on TLC. Its filming is handled by the New York-based production company, Sharp Entertainment. The show documents the journeys of couples who have applied for or received a K-1 visa. Considering the immense popularity of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs, the network has decided to branch out and share the couple's stories on a new streaming platform. 90 Day Journey is curated so that viewers would get to watch every scene a couple has appeared in across all the 90 Day Fiancé shows in one place. This means it's a one-stop place to watch a pair's journey, and one doesn't have to look for different seasons of different spin-offs to follow the couple's story.

US Weekly reports that each couple's story will be divided between three to 15 episodes, depending on the amount of time the franchise featured the couple. 90 Day Journey will allow new viewers to catch up on all the drama. Simultaneously, the fanatics would get to rewatch the highs and lows of their relationships. One of the popular couples that viewers can find on the new series is Chantel Everett and Pedro Jimeno. Another couple is Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi, who started their journey with 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2018. Ed "Big Ed" Brown and Rosemarie "Rose" Vega, who have only appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, are also featured. Since they only appeared in one season, their story will likely wrap up in three episodes. The finale might also include an update on where they stand now.

Viewers can also tune in to watch Jorge Nava and Anfisa Arkhipchenko, Russ and Paola Mayfield, Steven Frend and Olga Koshimbetova, and Tarik Myers and Hazel Cagalitan. The trailer of the new series shows the couple navigating through their relationships. Unlike other 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs, it gives off Hallmark movie vibes that all the couples might have a fairy-tale ending.

Another series, 90 Day Bares All, is also debuting on January 4 on discovery+. Earlier, the resident reunion host, Shaun Robinson, revealed that this new series will feature some unseen behind-the-scenes that viewers never got to see on TV. For example, Sumit Singh and Jenny Slatten's confrontation with Sumit's parents was "much worse" than what they could feature on 90 Day Fiancé. We'll have to wait and see if this latest spin-off delivers. Given the success of other 90 Day Fiancé shows, it's hard to imagine this one will be a flop.
