The Addams Family has been called "one of the most iconic families in American history, up there with the Kennedys." And for a good reason — this motley gang has been revised over and over again, starting from a comic but branching out into television and cinema (and in all cases, completely macabre.)
The best thing about the Addams, though, is not their creepy lifestyle, but the fact that they truly care for each other, as much as any other so-called normal family would. In short: they are as sweet and as problematic as everyone else, no more no less. Which of them would be the best soulmate, though? Perhaps a Zodiac pairing will help.
12 Aries - Tully Alford
The Addams' alleged counsel, Tully Alford, is a shrewd, calculating man. He figures that he can pull a little scam over the family in order to escape his debts to Abigail Craven, showing his moxie (considering how eerie the mansion is.)
The Arian, with their endurance, courage, and open contempt for confrontation is best placed to keep Tully under control. The man's not exactly evil, but he does need a reality check.
11 Taurus - Morticia
Interestingly, Morticia is one of the toughest characters in the story — it is claimed that her pallid appearance is not a result of make-up, but actual baking powder.
On the surface though, she plays the compassionate mother (which she certainly is), but it conflicts a tad with her other traits. This duality, being so unpredictable, is going to be appreciated by the Taurian, whose patience and stubbornness will help endear themselves to Morticia.
10 Gemini - Pugsley
Well, Pugsley is a child, but just for argument's sake, he exhibits the class of features that would make an excellent match for him in a Gemini.
This sign has been blessed with a bright intelligence, not to mention the rare ability to perform more than one task simultaneously, and do them to perfection. Pugsley's inventing talents and general scientific knowledge (as in the first TV show) stand to benefit from such an alliance, when he grows up.
9 Cancer - Gomez
The Cancerian prefers three things in a partner more than anything else — devotion, devotion, devotion. They are not insecure people in the slightest, but are mostly going to look for someone who matches their ideals of what a romance should be.
Gomez is nothing if not faithful; his interactions with Morticia and the way he takes care of his children (for the most part) are the proofs that this relationship will prosper.
8 Leo - Norman Normanmeyer
The neighbor who owns an underwear company, named Normanwear after himself and everyone else in his extended family, is as bland as he is tiresome. The one thing he does possess, however, is tenacity in the face of every obstacle, even if said barrier happens to be his own fault.
A Leo, with their innate sense of duty towards their dearest ones, are well-suited to provide Norman the balanced life he needs. As of now, everyone else just enables his ridiculous behavior.
7 Virgo - Grandmama
Grandmama is a riddle: one on end, she acts like a crazed person half the time, while on the other, she is a consummate witch. In fact, it has been stated that she may have studied law during her youth, and though this hasn't been confirmed, her actions suggest that it's the truth.
As such, the Virgo's drive for idealism will be satisfied by Grandmama's incredible developed oeuvre of accomplishments. At the same time, this zodiac sign has an iconic problem with making instant friends, but the Addams' matriarch would not pose a problem.
6 Libra - Thing
Thing may not be able to express basic human emotions, but his loyalty and obedience to the Addams family is heartwarming (well, for a sentient hand, that is.) Interestingly, he has been given a love interest in the past, the dainty Lady Fingers.
Engagement aside, Thing is the kind of being who enjoys the clear-cut perspectives of a Libran, what with their uncanny capacity for being unbiased moderators. Thing himself falls in a similar category, which is where their respective venn diagrams intersect.
5 Scorpio - Abigail Craven
The horrifyingly evil loan shark turned pseudo-psychologist is a major Addams antagonist. She "kidnaps" Fester, brainwashes him into believing that she was his mother, and uses him to get her grubby paws on the family wealth.
Technically, these aspects are all terrible, but they would still interest the classic Scorpio, who, while being open and thoughtful, find a certain type of charm in Abigail's sheer apathy for everything else in the race towards her goal.
4 Sagittarius - Cousin Itt
The Sagittarius sign displays a particular trait that is, overall, healthy; however, their version of honesty can fringe on unwanted territory. In other words, they will say what they want to say, without weaving all-around an uncomfortable situation.
For example, Cousin Itt has experienced considerable discrimination because of the way he appears, so this sign is not going to keep the bad news from him. More importantly, a Sagittarian is quite an emotional person, once their walls of solitude have been broken.
3 Capricorn - Lurch

Like Pugsley, Wednesday is a child, but assuming that she doesn't change while growing up, we can speculate about who would be a good match for her in adulthood. It's not easy to find Wednesday's gruesome mentality heartwarming, let alone pluck up the guts to approach her, so it falls to the Aquarius and their boundless enthusiasm and positivity to offer the best possible counter to this character's ostensibly dark temperament.
Besides, Wednesday has proven that romance is not always her cup of tea, so her taste in partners might be limited to a select few. This zodiac sign is definitely going to number among her chosen suitors.
1 Pisces - Uncle Fester
It would take a person of monumental selflessness to handle (or even tolerate for more than a few minutes), the egregious, and absolutely hilarious, dynamo that is Uncle Fester.
As inconceivable as it may sound, he somehow manages to be weirder than every other member of the Addams family, considering his affection for extreme agony — to be honest, this is an emotion felt only by other people when they observe him tanking a cannonball or curing his headache with the help of a machine press.
